    928663—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. J. Dolan Properties, et al.

    J. Dolan Properties, whose last known address is 14500 Lorain Road, Cleveland, OH 44111, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on January 30, 2020, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $508.47 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 672-15-056

    Situated in the City of East Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being in the Northwesterly 35 feet front to rear of Sublot No. 40 and the Southerly 5 feet front to rear of Sublot No. 41 in Quayle and Chambers Subdivision of part of Original 1 Acre Lot Nos. 389 and 390, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 26 of Maps, Page 13 of Cuyahoga County Records, and together forming a parcel of land 40 feet front on the Northeasterly side of Wadena Avenue, and extending back about 104.90 feet on the Northwesterly line, about 104.36 feet on the Southeasterly line, and having a rear line of 40 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 23rd day of April, 2020.
