    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of James Fletcher, the place of residence of each being unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Lottie B. Fletcher, the place of residence of each being unknown; Daniel Fletcher, whose last known place of residence is 1656 Cliffview Road, Cleveland, OH 44112, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Doris Davis, the place of residence of each being unknown; Rochelle Davis, whose last known place of residence is 1244 East 112th Street, Cleveland, OH 44108, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Frances Barber, the place of residence of each being unknown; Dyatra Laniece Fletcher, whose last known place of residence is 991 Ansel Road, Cleveland, OH 44103, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Carl Fletcher, whose last known place of residence is 16531 Burnside Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44110, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Renee Boone, whose last known place of residence is 1656 Cliffview Road, Cleveland, OH 44112, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Renee Boone, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on February 24, 2020, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $272.56 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 115-12-050

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being the Southerly 20 feet of Sublot No. 16 and the Northerly 10 feet of Sublot No. 17 in the Elworthy-Helwick Shimon Company's (formerly the Elworthy-Helwick Company's) Glen Ellwyn Park Allotment of part of Original Euclid Township Lot No. 2, Tract No. 10, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 46 of Maps, Page 17 of Cuyahoga County Records, and together forming a parcel of land bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning on the Westerly line of Galewood Drive, N.E., at a point 30 feet Northerly from the Southeasterly corner of said Sublot No. 17, thence Northerly along said Westerly line of Galewood Drive N.E., 30 feet thence Westerly on a line parallel to the Southerly line of said Sublot No. 16 about 103-2/100 feet to the Westerly line of said Sublot No. 16, thence Southerly along the Westerly line of said Sublots Nos. 16 and 17, about 40-14/100 feet to a point of intersection of said Westerly line of Sublot No. 17 with a line drawn Westerly from the place of beginning, and parallel with the Southerly line of Sublot No. 17; thence Easterly about 100-17/100 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 23rd day of April, 2020.
