    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Henry Charles, a.k.a. Henry Charles, Sr., the place of residence of each being unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Henry Charles, Jr., the place of residence of each being unknown; La Don Charles, whose last known place of residence is 10901 Massie Avenue, Floor 3, Cleveland, OH 44108, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Unknown Spouse of La Don Charles, whose last known place of residence is 10901 Massie Avenue, Floor 3, Cleveland, OH 44108, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Kim M. Charles, whose last known place of residence is 3011 Fairing HL, Lithonia, GA 30038, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Unknown Spouse of Kim M. Charles, whose last known place of residence is 3011 Fairing HL, Lithonia, GA 30038, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; James Davis, whose last known place of residence is 1650 Ghent Hills Road, Akron, OH 44333, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Unknown Spouse of James Davis, whose last known place of residence is 1650 Ghent Hills Road, Akron, OH 44333, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Mariam Green, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on February 4, 2020, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his supplemental complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $856.81 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 684-29-089

    Situated in the City of Cleveland Heights, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and known as being the Easterly 35 feet from front to rear of Sublot No. 450 and the Westerly 5 feet from front to rear of Sublot No. 451 in The Minor Heights Land Company's Subdivision of part of Original Euclid Township Lot No. 15, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 41 of Maps, Page 17 of Cuyahoga County Records, and together forming a parcel of land having a frontage of 40 feet on the Southerly side of Altamont Avenue and extending back of equal width 140 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 24th day of April, 2020.
