    928682—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Unknown Heirs, etc. of Shirley Bailey, etc., et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Shirley Bailey, a.k.a. Shirley Ann Bell-Bailey, the place of residence of each being unknown; and Gina Bailey, whose last known place of residence is 26736 Rue Saint Anne Court, Cleveland, OH 44128, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on January 30, 2020, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $1,706.72 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 671-05-038, 671-05-039

    Situated in the City of East Cleveland, in the County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Block "B" in the O.G. Deming's Euclid Hayden Allotment of part of Original 100 Acre Lots, Lot No. 374, as shown by the plat recorded in Volume 54, Page 26, Cuyahoga County Map Records which was conveyed to the Bellefontaine Building and Loan Company by deed recorded in Volume 4350, Page 612, Cuyahoga County Records and also a part of parcel of land conveyed to The Belt and Terminal Realty Company as Parcel No. 10 of a deed recorded in Volume 1050, Page 299, Cuyahoga County Deed Records, together forming a parcel of land which is bounded and described as follows: Beginning on a point on the West line of East 133rd Street and running Northerly along said West line 226.00 feet from the Northeast corner of Sublot No. 1 in the Windmere Hayden Subdivision as shown on the plat recorded in Volume 57, Page 10, Cuyahoga County Map Records; thence Northerly along the West line of East 133rd Street 37.01 feet to its intersection with the Southerly line of Sixth Avenue, it being the most Southerly corner of a parcel of land conveyed to the City of East Cleveland by deed recorded in Volume 4023, Page 90, Cuyahoga County Deed Records. Thence, Northwesterly along said Southerly line of Sixth Avenue, 69.59 feet to the Northeasterly corner of a parcel of land conveyed to Herbert S. Johns by deed recorded in Volume 4002, Page 607, Cuyahoga County Deed Records, Thence Southerly along the East line of Herbert S. Johns land 59.51 feet. Thence Easterly along the Westerly prolongation of the South line of land conveyed to the Bellefontaine Building and Loan Company and continuing along said South line of the same 65.65 feet to the point of beginning. This parcel includes the conveyance from Charles W. and Eleanor Brush recorded in Volume 5490, Page 620, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 24th day of April, 2020.
