    920877—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Jesse Mosby, et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Jesse Mosby, the place of residence of each being unknown; and Jeffery Mosby, whose last known place of residence is 2798 East 127th Street, Apartment 608B, Cleveland, OH 44120, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on September 4, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $802.03 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 130-03-137

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 263 in the Crawford Woodhill Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lots Nos. 436, 444 and 445, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 47 of Maps, Page 12 of Cuyahoga County Records. Said Sublot No. 263 has a frontage of 35 feet on the Easterly side of East 119th Street, and extends back between parallel lines 139 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 29th day of April, 2020.
