923489—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Supreme Syndicate, LLC, et al.
Supreme Syndicate, LLC, whose last known address is c/o Nathaniel Martin, 18109 Canterberry Road, Cleveland, OH 44119, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on October 17, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $3,195.62 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 108-11-019
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being Sublot No. 2 in the A.L. Draper's Subdivision of part of Original 100 Acre Lot No. 361 in said City. Said Sublot No. 2 has a frontage of 40 feet on the Easterly side of East 102nd Street (formerly Eldridge Avenue), and extends back of equal with 132 feet deep as per plat of said Subdivision, recorded in Volume 22 of Maps, Page 18 of Cuyahoga County Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 29th day of April, 2020.
