    923572—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Brandi Hunter, etc., et al.

    Brandi Hunter, a.k.a. Brandy Hunter, whose last known place of residence is 13909 Melzer Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44120, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; James Ferguson, whose last known address is P.O. Box 8365, Cleveland, OH 44142, otherwise whose address is unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of James Ferguson, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on October 18, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $1,452.34 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 108-13-059

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Block "B" in The Curtis Ambler Realty Company's Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lots Nos. 355, 356, 362, and 363 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 26 of Maps, Page 23 of Cuyahoga County Records, and bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning on the Southerly line of Dupont Avenue, N.E. at a point 75 feet Easterly (measured along said Southerly line) from the Northwesterly corner of said Block "B", said point being also the Northeasterly corner of land conveyed to Michael and Katherina McGrath by deed dated October 10, 1914, and recorded in Volume 1634 of Deeds, Page 240 of Cuyahoga County Records, thence Easterly along said Southerly line of Dupont Avenue N.E., 45 feet to the Northwesterly corner of land conveyed to George H. Steffens by deed dated November 12, 1907, and recorded in Volume 1134, Page 530 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of land so conveyed to George H. Steffens, 104 feet to the Southerly line of said Block "B"; thence Westerly along said Southerly line of Block "B"; 45 feet to the Southeasterly corner of land conveyed to Michael and Katherina McGrath, as aforesaid; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of land so conveyed to Michael and Katherina McGrath, 104 feet to the place of beginning, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 29th day of April, 2020.
