924023—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Dr. Lone Sky Macloud, et al.
Dr. Lone Sky Macloud, whose last known place of residence is 3409 East 93rd Street, Cleveland, OH 44104, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Spouse of Dr. Lone Sky Macloud, whose last known place of residence is 3409 East 93rd Street, Cleveland, OH 44104, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on October 28, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $600.81 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 127-22-007
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 80 in Southern, Hower, Stone and Raymond's Allotment of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 441, as shown by the recorded plat of said Allotment in Volume 6 of Maps, Page 9 of Cuyahoga County Records, said Sublot No. 80 has a frontage of 41 feet on the Easterly side of East 93rd Street (formerly Woodland Hills Avenue), and extends back of equal width 150 feet deep, according to said plat, but excepting therefrom a strip of land 9 feet 10 inches in width off the front part, thereon, appropriated by the City of Cleveland for widening East 93rd Street, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 30th day of April, 2020.
