    928152—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Explore the Opportunity, LLC, etc., et al.

    Explore the Opportunity, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, whose last known address is 10319 Eliot Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44104, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on January 22, 2020, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $776.54 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 127-18-067

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being the Easterly 19 feet of Sublot No. 35, measured at right angles to the Easterly line of said Sublot and the Westerly 20.50 feet of Sublot No. 36 measured at right angles to the Westerly line of said Sublot in the Boulevard View Allotment of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 442, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 47 of Maps, Page 14 of Cuyahoga County Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 1st day of May, 2020.
