    930952—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Andrew White, et al.

    Andrew White, whose last known address is c/o Mary White Whaller, P.O. Box 32354, Euclid, OH 44132, otherwise whose address is unknown; Mary White, f.k.a. Mary Waller, whose last known address is P.O. Box 32354, Euclid, OH 44132, otherwise whose address is unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Andrew White, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on March 23, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his supplemental complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $188.00 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 128-26-050

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 92 in Harvey Rice Jr. Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 427 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 14 of Maps, Page 42 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 50 feet front on the Westerly side of East 112th Street and extending back of equal width 166 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 8th day of June, 2021.
