    933916—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Jexie Ball, et al.

    Jexie Ball, whose last known place of residence is 451 East 109th Street, Cleveland, OH 44108, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Jexie Ball, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on June 25, 2020, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $5,638.37 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 108-15-082

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. Two Hundred Sixty One (261) in Wm. Amblers Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 362, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 38 of Maps, Page 23 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 40 feet front on the Easterly side of East 109th Street, and extends back of equal width 120 feet deep along the Southerly side of Glenview Avenue, N.E., as appears by said plat.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 21st day of June, 2021.
