942101—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. DeWayne E. Dycks, et al.
DeWayne E. Dycks, whose last known place of residence is 10600 St. Clair, Apartment 1108, Cleveland, OH 44108, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Pamela Talley, whose last known place of residence is 10600 St. Clair Avenue, Apartment 1108, Cleveland, OH 44108, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on December 28, 2020, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $2,379.36 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

Parcel No. 1
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 91 in the Ambler Realty Company's Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 364, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 45 of Maps, Page 11 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 40 feet front on the Westerly side of East 118th Street, 81.31 feet on the Northerly line, 82.05 feet on the Southerly line and 40.007 feet in the rear, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Parcel No. 2
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 363, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of said Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 363, 101 feet Southerly from the Northeasterly corner of said Original Lot line; thence Southerly along the Original Lot line, 13.42 feet; thence Westerly parallel with the Northerly line of said Original Lot, 10 feet; thence Northerly parallel with the Easterly line of said Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 363, 13.42 feet; thence Easterly parallel with said Original Lot, 10 feet to the place of beginning, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 23rd day of June, 2021.
