    939271—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Cheri Butkovic, et al.

    Cheri Butkovic, whose last known place of residence is 110 Sunview Drive, Beaver Falls, PA 15010, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Paul Butkovic, whose last known place of residence is 110 Sunview Drive, Beaver Falls, PA 15010, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Paul Butkovic, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on April 15, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his supplemental complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $412.58 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 781-09-087

    Situated in the City of Maple Heights, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being part of Sublots 109 and 110 in The Greenhurst Allotment of part of Original Bedford Township Lot No. 2, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 22, Page 20 of Cuyahoga County Records, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Northeasterly line of Earl Street at the Southwesterly corner of Sublot 109; thence Easterly along the Southerly line of Sublot 109, 50 feet to a point and the principal place of beginning; said point being the most Easterly corner of land conveyed to Pauline E. Campbell by deed dated September 21, 1951, and recorded in Volume 7406, Page 605 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said land so conveyed 50 feet to a point in the Northerly line of Sublot 110; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of said Sublot 110, 75 feet to the Northeasterly corner of said Sublot 110; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of Sublot 110 and also along the Easterly line of Sublot 109, 50 feet to the Southeasterly corner of Sublot 109; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of Sublot 109, 75 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 24th day of June, 2021.
