    Owen A. Wynn, whose last known place of residence is 661 East 108th Street, Cleveland, OH 44108, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Owen A. Wynn, the place of residence of each being unknown; Bertha M. Wynn, whose last known place of residence is 14700 Alder Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44112, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Bertha M. Wynn, the place of residence of each being unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Clarence Kilburn, the place of residence of each being unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Mary Smith, the place of residence of each being unknown; Ann Boone Henderson, whose last known place of residence is 577 East 99th Street, Cleveland, OH 44108, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Ann Boone Henderson, the place of residence of each being unknown; Pametricia Smith, whose last known place of residence is 12175 Valley Lane Drive, Apartment 202, Cleveland, OH 44125, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Pametricia Smith, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on October 16, 2020, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $36,521.33 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 108-08-023

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 8 in Schatzinger and Tremaine Subdivision, of part of Original 100 Acre Lot No. 361, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 18 of Maps, Page 7 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 40 feet front on the Easterly side of East 99th Street (formerly Robinson Avenue), and extending back 120 feet deep on the Southerly line, 123.35 feet deep on the Northerly line, which is also the Southerly line of Elk Avenue N.E. (formerly Ethel Avenue) and having a rear line of 56.89 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 30th day of June, 2021.
