    933975—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Kathleen Hawkins, et al.

    Kathleen Hawkins, whose last known place of residence is 3319 Van Aken Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44120, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Unknown Spouse of Kathleen Hawkins, whose last known place of residence is 3319 Van Aken Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44120, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; David Hawkins, whose last known place of residence is 3319 Van Aken Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44120, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Spouse of David Hawkins, whose last known place of residence is 3319 Van Aken Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44120, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on January 28, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his amended complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $30.27 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 648-39-030

    Situated in the City of Euclid, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 59 in P.J. O'Donnell's Hillandale Subdivision No. 1 of part of Original Euclid Township Tract 20 and Morse Tract, and part of Original Willoughby Township Lot 2 in Tract 8, as shown on the plat recorded in Volume 105 of Maps, Page 2, of Cuyahoga County Records, said Sublot No. 59 has a frontage of 50 feet on the Southeasterly sideline of Coolidge Drive (50 feet wide), and extends back between parallel lines at right angles to said Coolidge Drive a distance of 135 feet, and has a rear line of 50 feet (the most Easterly corner of Sublot No. 59 lies in Lake County, the county line intersects the Northeasterly line at a distance of 15.73 feet, and the rear line at a distance of 12.02 feet, from said most Easterly corner) as appears on said recorded plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Excepting therefrom that part of the above described premises conveyed to the State of Ohio by deed dated August 31, 1960, and recorded in Volume 10113, Page 508 of Cuyahoga County Records.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 2nd day of July, 2021.
