    939330—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Unknown Heirs, etc. of Lyndia M. Moore, et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Lyndia M. Moore, the place of residence of each being unknown; Gracie A. Russell as Trustee, whose last known address is 2054 East 79th Street, Cleveland, OH 44103, otherwise whose address is unknown; and Tara Moore, whose last known place of residence is 25900 Euclid Avenue, Apartment 213, Euclid, OH 44132, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on October 20, 2020, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $467.55 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 118-16-015

    Situated in the County of Cuyahoga, in the State of Ohio, and in the City of Cleveland: And known as being the Southerly 50 feet of Sub Lot No. 2 in H.K. Stilson's Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot Nos. 336 and 339, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 3 of Maps, Page 58 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 50 feet front on the Westerly side of East 79th Street, and extending back of equal width 242.50 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 20th day of July, 2021.
