    933950—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Joanne Mattice, et al.

    Julia Smith, whose last known place of residence is 21483 North Lane, Bedford, OH 44146, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Julia Smith, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on June 25, 2020, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $2,345.57 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 795-49-002

    Situated in the Village of Oakwood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being all of Sublot No. 10 in the J.F. Schaffer One Acre Farm Subdivision, of part of Original Bedford Township Lot No. 87, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 53 of Maps, Page 30 of Cuyahoga County Records, said Sublot has a frontage of 100 feet on the Southerly side of North Lane Road and extending back of equal width 392.56 feet as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, excepting therefrom the above described premises of land which was dedicated for North lane Road, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 251 of Maps, Page 44 of Cuyahoga County Records.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 20th day of August, 2021.
