    939352—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Unknown Heirs, etc. of Carl Bragg, et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Carl Bragg, the place of residence of each being unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Mary Bragg, the place of residence of each being unknown; James Bragg, whose last known place of residence is 2622 West 11th Street, Cleveland, OH 44113, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of James Bragg, the place of residence of each being unknown; Carl Bragg, whose last known place of residence is 3320 West 31st Street, Cleveland, OH 44109, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Mark Bragg, whose last known place of residence is 2630 West 11th Street, Unit D, Cleveland, OH 44113, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Rodney Bragg, whose last known place of residence is 3490 West 62nd Street, Cleveland, OH 44102, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on October 20, 2020, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $1,093.55 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 004-21-041

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being part of Sublots Nos. 200 and 202 in John G. Jennings' University Heights Subdivision of part of Original Brooklyn Township Lots Nos. 87 and 71, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 1 of Maps, Page 15 of Cuyahoga County Records, and bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of West 11th Street (formerly Merchant Avenue) 45 feet Northerly from the intersection of the said Westerly line of West 11th Street and the Northerly line of Auburn Avenue S.W.;

    Thence Northerly along the Westerly line of West 11th Street, 30 feet;

    Thence Westerly at right angles with said Westerly line and parallel with the Northerly line of Auburn Avenue S.W., 99 feet;

    Thence Southerly parallel with the Westerly line of West 11th Street, 30 feet;

    Thence Easterly parallel with the first described course 99 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 20th day of August, 2021.
