    907106—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Tony W. Thomas, et al.

    Unknown Spouse of Tony W. Thomas, whose last known place of residence is 5495 East 141st Street, Maple Heights, OH 44137, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Spouse of Ena Bennett, whose last known place of residence is 5495 East 141st Street, Maple Heights, OH 44137, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on April 19, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his supplemental complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $11,364.61 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 784-22-032

    Situated in the City of Maple Heights, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 35C in The Industrial Sites Resubdivision No. 1, being part of Industrial Sites Subdivision recorded in Volume 179, Page 73 of Cuyahoga County Map Records and part of the C & P R.R. Co.'s former Right-of-way, of part of Original Bedford Township Lot No. 11, as shown by the recorded plat of said Resubdivision in Volume 189 of Maps, Page 33 of Cuyahoga County Records. Subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 1st day of September, 2021.
