    933832—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Unknown Heirs, etc. of Myrtle E. Radon, etc., et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Myrtle E. Radon, a.k.a. Myrtle E. Taylor, the place of residence of each being unknown; and Racardo Raymond Radon, whose last known place of residence is 2039 Stanford Street, Twinsburg, OH 44087, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on March 30, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his amended complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $744.72 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 795-50-010

    Situated in the Village of Oakwood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sub Lot No. 21 in the J.F. Shaffer's One Acre Farms Subdivision of part of Original Bedford Township Lots Nos. 76 and 87, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 53 of Maps, Page 30 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 100 feet front on the Northerly line (which is also the Northerly line of a Private Drive), and extending back of equal width 392.56 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 27th day of September, 2021.
