    929691—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Unknown Heirs, etc. of Bessie White, et al.

    Unknown Spouse of Lester White, whose last known place of residence is unknown; and Wayne Speed, whose last known place of residence is 14039 Puritas Avenue, Unit 35584, Cleveland, OH 44135, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on May 25, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his supplemental complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $879.26 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 546-37-112

    Situated in the City of Garfield Heights, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and known as Sublot No. 720 in The Cranwood Land Company's Subdivision No. 3 of part of Original 100 Acre Lot No. 478, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 72 of Maps, Page 34 of Cuyahoga County Records.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 1st day of October, 2021.
