Ramsey, whose last known place of residence is 3683 East 103rd Street, Cleveland, OH 44105, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Jerry T. Ramsey, the place of residence of each being unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Wynell L. Ramsey, the place of residence of each being unknown; Estate of Wynell Ramsey, whose last known address is c/o Beverly Ramsey, Commissioner, 1541 East 191st Street, Euclid, OH 44117, otherwise whose address is unknown; Beverly Ramsey, whose last known place of residence is 20870 Miller Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44119, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Wynette Ramsey, whose last known place of residence is 645 Quarry Lane, Apartment 23, Richmond Heights, OH 44143, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Lisa Williams, a.k.a. Fellisa Williams, the place of residence of each being unknown; Stanley Ramsey, whose last known place of residence is 20171 Nicholas Avenue, Euclid, OH 44123, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Centurion Capital Corp., and/or any successors in interest, whose last known address is 700 King Farm Boulevard, #507, Rockville, MD 29850, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on May 4, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $4,885.00 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 135-09-032

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 287 in The Union Woodhill Realty Company Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 450 in Newburgh Township, now City of Cleveland, formerly City of Newburgh, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 41 of Maps, Page 29 of Cuyahoga County Records and has a frontage of 35 feet on the Easterly side of East 103rd Street and extending back of equal width 90 feet deep, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 8th day of October, 2021.
