    948815—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Unknown Heirs, etc. of Mattie B. Smith, et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Mattie B. Smith, the place of residence of each being unknown; Kenneth Smith, whose last known place of residence is 30951 Lake Shore Boulevard, Apartment 350, Willowick, OH 44095, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Clinton Hall, whose last known place of residence is 7 Tailing Wheel Court, Saint Peters, MO 63376, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Jacqueline Y. Lewis, the place of residence of each being unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Archie Lewis, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on June 16, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $3,704.15 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 111-05-044

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 364 and bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning on the Easterly line of East 120th Street, at a point 89-10/100 feet Northerly from the North Westerly corner of Sublot No. 124 in The Ambler Realty Company's Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 364 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 45 of Maps, Page 11 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Northerly along said Easterly line of East 120th Street, 34-54/100 feet; thence Easterly on a line parallel to the Northerly line of Sublots Nos. 124 and 125 in said Subdivision, 100 feet; thence Southerly on line parallel to said Easterly line of East 120th Street, 34-54/100 feet; thence Westerly 100 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 8th day of October, 2021.
