    937747—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Shirley Padgett, et al.

    Shirley Padgett, whose last known place of residence is 1743 Rosedale Avenue, East Cleveland, OH 44112, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on September 24, 2020, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $1,016.01 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 673-03-113

    Situated in the City of East Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and bounded and described as follows, to wit: And known as being Sublot No. 66 in the L.W. Kelley Company's Euclid Collamer Subdivision No. 1 of part of Original Euclid Township Lot No. 44 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 54 of Maps, Page 37 of Cuyahoga County Records, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 11th day of October, 2021.
