    950134—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Melissa Faranda, et al.

    Melissa Faranda, whose last known place of residence is 4826 Farley Drive, Mentor, OH 44060, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Salvatore Faranda, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on July 19, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $1,120.19 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 956-40-001

    Situated in the City of Solon, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Solon Township Lot No. 31, Tract No. 3, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning in the Easterly line of Original Lot No. 30 (said Easterly line being also the Easterly line of Cuyahoga County, at a point where said Easterly line intersects the proposed Southwesterly line of the Cleveland, Solon, Aurora Road, as proposed to be widened to 80 feet (said proposed Southwesterly line being parallel and distant Southwesterly at right angles 50 feet from the center line of said Cleveland, Solon, Aurora, Road as new established 60 feet wide); thence Northwesterly along said proposed Southwesterly line of the Cleveland, Solon, Aurora Road; 1,327.18/100 feet to its intersection with the Easterly line of Willow Street, proposed, 50 feet wide; thence Southerly along said Easterly line of Willow Street, proposed and parallel with the Easterly line of said Original Lots Nos. 30 and 31, 2674-25/100 feet to the principal place of beginning of the land hereby intended to be described; thence Easterly at right angles to the last described course, 150 feet to a point; thence Southerly parallel with said Easterly line of said Original Lot No. 31, 50 feet; thence Westerly at right angles to the last described course, 150 feet to said Easterly line of Willow Street, proposed; thence Northerly along said Easterly line of Willow Street, proposed, and parallel with said Easterly line of Original Lot No. 31, 50 feet to the principal place of beginning and being further known as Sublot No. 350 in proposed Willow Grove Allotment of part of Original Solon Township Lots Nos. 30 and 31, in Tract No. 3, according to a survey dated June, 1922, made by C.W. Root, Civil Engineer, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 13th day of October, 2021.
