    939482—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Joseph Nader, et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Joseph Nader, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on July 15, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his amended complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $4,396.49 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 135-21-028

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being the Northerly one foot from front to rear of Sublot No. 77 and the Southerly 42 feet from front to rear of Sublot No. 76 in the Elworthy-Helwick Company's Home Gardens Allotment of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 459, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 48 of Maps, Page 11 of Cuyahoga County Records and together forming a parcel of land having a frontage of 43 feet on the Westerly side of East 116th Street, and extending back of equal width 150 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 14th day of October, 2021.
