    939980—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Royale Investments, LLC, et al.

    Alan Edwards, whose last known place of residence is 5928 Gannet Avenue, Apartment A, Ewa Beach, HI 96706, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Grantee Referenced in AFN 20080606327 Dated May 1, 2008 and Recorded June 6, 2008, whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that on November 6, 2020, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $201.81 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 111-01-014

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being the Southerly 20 feet of Sublot No. 58 and the Northerly 10 feet of Sublot No. 59 in L.M. Southern's Allotment of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 363, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 23 of Maps, Page 4 of Cuyahoga County Records, and together forming a parcel of land 30 feet front on the Westerly side of East 115th Street (formerly Victoria Avenue), and extending back of equal width 100 feet.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 14th day of October, 2021.
