    946675—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Coper Phillips, etc., et al.

    Coper Phillips, a.k.a. Copera Phillips, whose last known place of residence is 4077 East 93rd Street, Cleveland, OH 44105-5160, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Coper Phillips, a.k.a. Copera Phillips, the place of residence of each being unknown; George C. Davis, whose last known place of residence is 1670 Niles Road SE, Warren, OH 44484, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Rodney Davis, whose last known place of residence is E. 4077 93rd Street, Cleveland, OH 44105, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Rodney Davis, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on April 21, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $1,306.97 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 136-13-007

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being the Southerly 29-1/2 feet of Sublot No. 18 in the Gaylord, et al Allotment of part of Original 100 Acre Lot No. 465, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 3 of Maps, Page 48 of Cuyahoga County Records and being a parcel of land 29-1/2 feet front on the Easterly side of East 93rd Street (formerly Woodland Hills Avenue) and extending back of equal width 141 feet deep along the Northerly side of Gaylord Avenue, S.E. (formerly Gaylord Street), be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 14th day of October, 2021.
