    947997—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Julia Allen, et al.

    Julia Allen, whose last known place of residence is 1717 Hartshorn Road, East Cleveland, OH 44112, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Julia Allen, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on May 26, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $411.10 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 672-11-047

    Situated in the City of East Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being Sublot No. 12 in Arthur N. Gordon's Forest Hill Blvd. Subdivision of part of Original 100 Acre Lot No. 382 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 53 of Maps, Page 13 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 40 feet front on the Northeasterly side of Hartshorn Road, 40 feet wide, and extending 117.06 feet deep on the Northwesterly line, 117.08 feet deep on the Southeasterly line as measured from the center line of Hartshorn Road and being 40 feet in the rear, as appears by said plat.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 14th day of October, 2021.
