    Dessie Johnson, whose last known place of residence is 836 East 149th Street, Cleveland, OH 44110, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Dessie Johnson, the place of residence of each being unknown; Bettie Van Horn, whose last known place of residence is 836 East 149th Street, Cleveland, OH 44110, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Mary Donenson, whose last known place of residence is 836 East 149th Street, Cleveland, OH 44110, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Shirley Barron, whose last known place of residence is 836 East 149th Street, Cleveland, OH 44110, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on August 18, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $6,436.95 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 115-05-094

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being part of Original Euclid Township Lot No. 1, Tract No. 16, and bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning on the Westerly line of East 149th Street (formerly Manning Avenue) at a point 20 feet Southerly from the Southwesterly corner of Sublot No. 22 in Lucian Gunn Heirs Subdivision as recorded in Volume 18 of Maps, Page 29 of Cuyahoga County Records, thence Southerly along the Westerly line of East 149th Street, 60 feet to the Northeasterly corner of Sublot No. 23 in said Subdivision; thence Westerly along the Northerly line of said Sublot No. 23, 140 feet to the Easterly line of Sublot No. 26 in said Subdivision; Thence Northerly along the Easterly line of Sublot Nos. 26 and 27 in said Subdivision; 60 feet to a point 20 feet Southerly from the Southwesterly corner of Sublot No. 22 in said Subdivision; thence Easterly 140 feet to the place of beginning.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 19th day of October, 2021.
