    933632—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Jon A. Thomas, et al.

    Jon A. Thomas, whose last known place of residence is 27600 Chagrin Boulevard, Beachwood, OH 44122, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Brendella C. Thomas, whose last known place of residence is 1864 East 86th Street, Cleveland, OH 44106, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on May 6, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his amended complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $1,485.29 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 119-26-090

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being the Westerly 40 feet from front to rear of Sublot No. 57 in Harris and Andrew Jaynes Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred (100) Acre Lot No. 407, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 3 of Maps, Page 60 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 40 feet front on the Northerly side of Amos Avenue, S.E. and extending back of equal width 150 feet deep, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 25th day of October, 2021.
