    948324—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Unknown Heirs, etc. of George Bigsby, et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of George Bigsby, the place of residence of each being unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Mary Bigsby, the place of residence of each being unknown; Toni Bigsby, whose last known place of residence is 16010 Seville Road, Apartment 204, Cleveland, OH 44128, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Dwight Bigsby, whose last known place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on June 3, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $20,667.37 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 132-29-025

    Situated in the County of Cuyahoga in the State of Ohio and in the City of Cleveland, and known as being Sublot No. 4 in O.M. Stafford's Krakow Subdivision, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 14 of Maps, Page 38 of Cuyahoga County Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 25th day of October, 2021.
