    939712—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Perry Kirks, et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Perry Kirks, the place of residence of each being unknown; and Leenardo Knox, a.k.a. Narda Knox, whose last known place of residence is 1623 Carolyn Road, Cleveland, OH 44112, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on October 29, 2020, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $246.43 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 119-30-134

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 48 in Bower and Bracks Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 407, as shown by the recorded plat thereof in Volume 12 of Maps, Page 32 of Cuyahoga County Records. Said Sublot No. 48 has a frontage of 40 feet on the West side of East 84th Street (formerly Bartram Street), and extends back 72.99 feet on the Northerly line, 73 feet on the Southerly line and has a rear line of 40 feet, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 26th day of October, 2021.
