    941654—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Randall A. Ware, et al.

    American Home Bank, f.k.a. Flower Bank, F.S.B., f.k.a. UmbrellaBank, F.S.B., f.k.a. Argo Federal Savings Bank F.S.B., whose last known address is 1799 South Busse Road, Mount Prospect, IL 60056, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on December 17, 2020, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $160.16 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 112-24-185

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being part of Sublots Nos. 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 in the Greenhut, Goodman Improvement Company's Subdivision No. 2 of part of Original Euclid Township Tract No. 16, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 41 of Maps, Page 30 of Cuyahoga County Records and together forming a parcel of land bounded and described as follows: Beginning on the Easterly line of East 143rd Street at a point distant 113.34 feet Southerly, measured along said Easterly line, from its intersection with the Southerly line of Westropp Avenue, N.E.; Thence Southerly along the Easterly line of East 143rd Street, 36 feet to a point distant 5.50 feet Northerly, measured along said Easterly line, from the Southwesterly corner of said Sublot No. 29; Thence Easterly and parallel with the Southerly line of said Sublot No. 29, 146.59 feet to the Easterly line of said Sublot; Thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said Sublot Nos. 29 and 25, 34.50 feet; Thence Westerly and parallel with the Northerly line of said Sublot No. 29, 73.95 feet to the Westerly line of said Sublot No. 26; Thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said Sublot No. 26, 1.50 feet; Thence Westerly and parallel with the Northerly line of said Sublot No. 29, 72.53 feet to the place of beginning, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 26th day of October, 2021.
