    948272—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Charlotte Cook, et al.

    Ronald Ellis, whose last known place of residence is 2348 East 86th Street, Apartment 5, Cleveland, OH 44106, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Ronald Ellis, the place of residence of each being unknown; Patrice Ellis, whose last known place of residence is 19951 Champ Drive, Euclid, OH 44117, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Gregory Ellis Sr., the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on June 2, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $593.11 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 119-30-041

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Sublot No. 107 in W.H. Clemingshaw's Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 408, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 18 of Maps, Page 18 of Cuyahoga County Records, and bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning in the Westerly line of East 86th Street (formerly Beechwood Street) at the Southeasterly corner of land conveyed to Eliza D. Pope by deed, dated September 12, 1891, and recorded in Volume 501, Page 399 of Cuyahoga County Records; Thence Northerly along the Westerly line of East 86th Street, 35 feet; Thence Westerly along the Northerly line of land conveyed to Eliza D. Pope, as aforesaid, 90 feet; Thence Southerly along the Westerly line of land so conveyed to Eliza D. Pope, 35 feet; Thence Easterly 90 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 27th day of October, 2021.
