The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Ruby Walmsley, the place of residence of each being unknown; BankBoston, N.A., whose last known address is 15 Westminster Street, Providence, RI 02903, otherwise whose address is unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Albert McClenton, the place of residence of each being unknown; Alberta McClenton, whose last known place of residence is 2278 East 101st Street, Cleveland, OH 44106, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Henry George McCurdy, whose last known place of residence is 16206 Edgewood Court, Maple Heights, OH 44137, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Ruben Powell, whose last known place of residence is 12531 Forest Avenue, Apartment 3, Cleveland, OH 44120, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on August 13, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $1,387.64 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 121-19-144
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 32 in Jane Sayle et al, Subdivision of part of Original 100 Acre Lot No. 409 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 14 of Maps, Page 5 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 40 feet front on the Westerly side of Sayle Street (now known as East 101st Street) and extending back of equal with 115 feet deep as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 27th day of October, 2021.
