952396—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Gewan Ram, et al.
Gewan Ram, whose last known place of residence is 19712 Ridgewood Avenue, Warrensville Heights, OH 44122, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Usherdeva Ram, whose last known place of residence is 19712 Ridgewood Avenue, Warrensville Heights, OH 44122, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on August 30, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $1,018.82 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

Situated in the City of Warrensville Heights, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being of Sublot No. 112 in Joseph Laronge's Ladmar Homesteads Allotment of part of Original Warrensville Township Lot No. 65, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 59 of Maps, Page 40 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 65 feet front on the Southerly side of Ridgewood Avenue, 23.56 feet on the curved turnout between the Southerly side of Ridgewood Avenue and the Easterly side of Midway Avenue, and extending back 128 feet deep on the Westerly line, which is also the Easterly line of Midway Avenue, 143 feet deep on the Easterly line, and being 80 feet wide in the rear, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 27th day of October, 2021.
