    940600—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Oscar L. Mims, et al.

    Oscar L. Mims, whose last known place of residence is 3983 East 91st Street, Cleveland, OH 44105, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Oscar L. Mims, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on November 25, 2020, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $611.05 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 133-29-009

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being the Northerly 38 feet of the Westerly 73 feet of Sublot No. 7 in Justus Hamilton's Allotment of part of Original 100 Acre Lot No. 456, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 2, Page 4 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 38 feet front on the Easterly side of East 91st Street (formerly Sawyer Street), and extending back 73 feet on the Northerly line (which is also the Southerly side of Cannon Avenue), 73 feet on the Southerly line, and having a rear line of 38 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 1st day of November, 2021.
