    945101—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Dujuan Day, et al.

    Sunny Properties, LLC, whose last known address is 3561 Homestead Road, #513, Santa Clara, CA 95051, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on March 15, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $846.91 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 115-03-085

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being the Northerly 34 feet from front to rear of Sublot No. 182 and the Southerly 1 foot from front to rear of Sublot No. 183 in Cowles, Brooks and Smyth's Subdivision of part of Original Euclid Township Lots Nos. 1 and 2, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 9 of Maps, Page 11 of Cuyahoga County Records and together forming a parcel of land 35 feet front on the Easterly side of East 141st Street and extending back of equal width 133 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 1st day of November, 2021.
