    947755—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Rodney E. Williams, et al.

    Rodney E. Williams, whose last known place of residence is 3369 East 117th Street, Cleveland, OH 44120, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Yvette D. Fellows, whose last known place of residence is 2050 Cliffview Road, Apartment 15, Cleveland, OH 44121, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Yvonne K. Thompson, whose last known place of residence is 398 Cary Jay Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44143, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on May 20, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $620.07 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 130-21-098

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being the Northerly 35 feet front and rear of Sublot No. 5 in Karoline Knopf's Allotment of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 44, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 32 of Maps, Page 23 of Cuyahoga County Records and being a parcel of land 35 feet front on the Easterly side of Adam Street, now known as East 117th Street, 128 89/100 feet deep on the Northerly line, about 125 85/100 feet deep on the Southerly line and 35 feet in the rear, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 1st day of November, 2021.
