    950596—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Mary Morrison, et al.

    Mary Morrison, whose last known place of residence is 1443 East 59th Street, Cleveland, OH 44103, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on July 29, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $80.41 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 104-17-170

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being parts of Sublot Nos. 113 and 114 in The White Manufacturing Company's Allotment of a part of Original Lot No. 340, as recorded in Volume 12 of Maps, Page 14 of Cuyahoga County Records and bounded and described as follows: Beginning on the Northerly line of White Avenue, N.E. (60 feet wide), at its intersection with the Easterly line of East 59th Street (50 feet wide); thence North 116 feet along the Easterly line of East 59th Street, 50 feet wide, to the principal place of beginning; thence continuing North 27.05 feet along the Easterly line of East 59th Street, to the Southerly line of Page Court, N.E.; thence North 89 deg. 52' 00" East, 47.01 feet along the Southerly line of Page Court, N.E., to the Northwesterly corner of land conveyed to Martha Krause by deed dated April 27, 1944 and recorded in Volume 5671, Page 495 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence South and parallel with the Easterly line of East 59th Street, 27.05 feet to an iron pin; thence South 89 deg. 52' 00" West, parallel with the Northerly line of White Avenue, N.E., 47.01 feet to the principal place of beginning, according to a survey by Robert H. Krause, Registered Surveyor No. 2885, dated April 5, 1946, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 1st day of November, 2021.
