    946551—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Stoneridge Asset Management Group, LLC, et al.

    Stoneridge Asset Management Group, LLC, whose last known address is 11111 St. Clair Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44108, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on April 19, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $19,732.44 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 111-01-004

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original East Cleveland Township Lot No. 363 and being further bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning at a concrete nail set at the intersection of the centerline of St. Clair Avenue (80 feet wide) and the centerline of East 112th Street (40 feet wide);

    Thence North 11 deg. 35' 40" West along the centerline of East 112th Street, 40.00 feet to a point being referenced by a drill hole in a stone monument found (0.17 feet South, 0.00 feet East);

    Thence South 78 deg. 24' 44" West, 20.00 feet to a 5/8" iron pin set at the intersection on the Northerly right-of-way of St. Clair Avenue and the Westerly right-of-way of East 112th Street and being the principal place of beginning of the premises herein described;

    Thence South 78 deg. 24' 44" West along the Northerly right-of-way of St. Clair Avenue 200.00 feet to a 5/8" iron pin set at the Southeasterly corner of land conveyed to the City of Cleveland (AKA Forest Hill Parkway) by deed dated January 10, 1910 and recorded in Volume 1266, Page 285 of Cuyahoga County Records;

    Thence North 11 deg. 35' 40" West along the Easterly line of land so conveyed, 200.08 feet to a 5/8" iron pin set at the Northwesterly corner of land conveyed to The Young Men's Christian Association of Cleveland by deed dated December 28, 1964 and recorded in Volume 11367, Page 407 of Cuyahoga County Records;

    Thence North 78 deg. 24' 44" East along the Southerly line of land so conveyed, 200.00 feet to a 5/8" iron pin set at a point of curvature on a Westerly right-of-way of East 112th Street;

    Thence South 11 deg. 35' 40" East along the Westerly right-of-way of East 112th Street, 200.08 feet to the principal place of beginning and containing 0.9186 acres of land as surveyed and described by Scott J. Casey, P.S. No. 8219 of The Riverstone Company in February 2005, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 8th day of November, 2021.
