    952172—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Farid Naqib, et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Moussa Salti, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on August 25, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $4,281.60 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 127-15-029

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 433 and bounded and described as follows: Beginning on the Easterly line of East 93rd Street (80 feet wide) at its intersection with the Southerly line of said Original Lot No. 433, which is also the Northwesterly corner of a parcel of land conveyed to Fred Barrett by deed dated May 5, 1906, and recorded in Volume 1076, Page 368 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said East 93rd Street, 77 feet to the Southwesterly corner of a parcel of land conveyed to Anthoni Visconsi, Mario Pulco and Frank A. Warburton by deed dated February 11, 1925, and recorded in Volume 3237, Page 38 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Easterly along the Southerly line of said parcel so conveyed to Anthoni Viconsi, et al, 159.994 feet to the Westerly line of Sublot No. 2 in W. H. Herron's Parkway Subdivision as recorded in Volume 44 of Maps, Page 29 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of Sublot Nos. 2, 3 and 4 in said last mentioned Subdivision, 77 feet to the Southerly line of said Original Lot No. 433 and the Northerly line of the parcel conveyed to Fred Barrett as aforesaid; thence Westerly along said Northerly line and Southerly line of said Original Lot No. 433, 159.994 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 1st day of December, 2021.
