952655—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. James P. Welsh, et al.
James P. Welsh, whose last known place of residence is 6431 West Ridgewood Drive, Parma, OH 44129, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of James P. Welsh, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on September 2, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $3,298.29 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 450-02-010
Situated in the City of Parma, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio: And known as being part of Original Parma Township Lot No. 10, Ely Tract and bounded and described as follows: Beginning on the center line of Ridgewood Drive, 60 feet wide, at a point distant South 89 deg. 21' 10" West 1750 feet from the Northeasterly corner of said Original Lot No. 10; thence South 89 deg. 21' 10" West along the center line of Ridgewood Drive, 100 feet to a point; thence South 0 deg. 48' 05" East parallel with the Easterly line of said Original Lot No. 10, 300 feet to a point; thence North 89 deg. 21' 10" East parallel with the center line of Ridgewood Drive, 100 feet to a point; thence North 0 deg. 48' 05" West parallel with the Easterly line of said Original Lot No. 10, 300 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Excepting therefrom that part of the above described premises conveyed to the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio by deed dated August 13, 1959 and recorded in Volume 9747, Page 667 of Cuyahoga County Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 1st day of December, 2021.
