952545—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Ronald Galloway, et al.
Ronald Galloway, whose last known place of residence is 2995 East 63rd Street, Cleveland, OH 44127, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on September 1, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $953.45 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 129-23-084
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 116 in Prochaska's and Kysela's Rice Allotment of part of Original Newburgh Township Lot No. 436 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 39 of Maps, Page 16 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 35 feet front on the Southerly side of Griffing Avenue, S.E. 122.66 feet on the Easterly line, 122.97 feet on the Westerly line, and 35 feet in the rear, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 2nd day of December, 2021.
