949125—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Darryl DeFranco, et al.
The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Barbara DeFranco, the place of residence of each being unknown; Ami Linder, whose last known place of residence is 551 Riverhill Circle, Apartment 315, Columbia, SC 29210, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Steven Linder, whose last known place of residence is 519 South Ridge Avenue, Arlington Heights, IL 60005, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on June 23, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $201.54 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 016-11-149
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being the Southerly 30 feet from front to rear of Sublot No. 252 in James M. Hoyt's Subdivision of part of Original Brooklyn Township Lot No. 47, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 3 of Maps, Page 16 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 30 feet front on the Easterly side of West 56th Street (formerly Hamburg Street) and extending back of equal width 125 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 6th day of December, 2021.
