    949483—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. James E. Anderson Jr., et al.

    James E. Anderson Jr., whose last known place of residence is 18821 Kings Road, Homewood, IL 60430, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Michelle Anderson, whose last known place of residence is 18821 Kings Road, Homewood, IL 60430, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on July 2, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $1,337.71 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 107-02-091

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being the Northerly five (5) feet of Sublot No. 20 and the Southerly twenty-five (25) feet of Sublot No. 19 in Zenas King's Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot Nos. 367 and 375, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 14 of Maps, Page 41 of Cuyahoga County Records and together forming a parcel of land thirty (30) feet front on the Easterly side of Ansel Road, N.E. and extending back of equal width one hundred twenty-five (125) feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 6th day of December, 2021.
