    Peter A. Meinke, whose last known place of residence is 1453 Saddle Woode Drive, Apartment 5E, Fort Myers, FL 33919, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Pauline V. Austin, the place of residence of each being unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Elaine M. Sidoti, the place of residence of each being unknown; Salvatore M. Sidoti, whose last known place of residence is 11701 Royalton Road, North Royalton, OH 44133, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Joseph J. Sidoti, whose last known place of residence is 6136 35 Court East, Bradenton, FL 34203, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Lisa Lynn Aker, whose last known place of residence is 13511 Matanzas Place, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Joseph J. Sidoti, Trustee for the Elaine M. Sidoti Trust, whose last known address is 6136 35th Court East, Bradenton, FL 34203, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on July 7, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $5,630.90 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 125-30-072

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and known as being Sublot Nos 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 in J. Gallup's Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 322, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 6 of Maps, Page 16 of Cuyahoga County Records, and together forming a parcel of land having a frontage 240 feet on the Northeasterly side of Morgan Avenue, S.E. and extending back 150 feet 6-1/4 inches deep on the Northwesterly line, 146' 1 inch deep on the Southeasterly line, and being 240 feet 3/4th inches in the rear, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 6th day of December, 2021.
