947355—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Gwendolyn Johnson, et al.
Gwendolyn Johnson, whose last known place of residence is 20101 Clare Avenue, Apartment 210, Maple Heights, OH 44137, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on May 7, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $5,716.99 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 143-17-055
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being part of Original Warrensville Township Lot No. 92 and bounded and described as follows: Beginning on the Westerly line of East 174th Street (40 feet wide), as dedicated and accepted by City Ordinance No. 403 A-43 (said Westerly line being parallel to and 160 feet Westerly from, measured at right angles, to the Easterly line of a parcel of land conveyed to Ebenezer Rodney Russell by deed dated April 13, 1816, and recorded in Volume B, Page 233 of Cuyahoga County Records), at a point distant Southerly measured along said Westerly line of East 174th Street, 1817.35 feet from its intersection with the Northerly line of said Original Lot No. 92; thence Southerly along said Westerly line of East 174th Street, a distance of 40 feet to a point; thence Westerly and at right angles to the Westerly line of East 174th Street, a distance of 120 feet to a point; thence Northerly and at right angles to the last described line, and also parallel with the said Westerly line of East 174th Street, a distance of 40 feet to a point; thence Easterly in a direct line, a distance of 120 feet to the place of beginning, and being further known as Sublot No. 836 in C.A. Bingham's proposed Lee Heights Addition Allotment, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 7th day of December, 2021.
