    952127—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Michael Samoya, et al.

    Michael Samoya, whose last known place of residence is 538 Broadhollow Road, Melville, NY 11747, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on August 25, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $1,499.06 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 132-24-020

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being the Southerly 27.65 feet of Sublot Nos. 29 and 30 in Morison and Andrew's Subdivision of part of Original 100 Acre Lot No. 310, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 15 of Maps, Page 11 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being a parcel of land 27.65 feet front on the Westerly side of East 68th Street and extending back between parallel lines 76 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 7th day of December, 2021.
